The Customer has the right to return the item/s within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the item/s.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty or damaged, please email info@nordic-gift.com with the details immediately, and upon review we will advise you of the next step. Please make sure all products are in the original packing, and do not send anything back before we respond with instructions. Nordic-Gift.com reserves the right to review all returns issues upon (i) communication of returns issue from the Customer pending Returns Authorisation and (ii) if Returns Authorisation is given by Nordic-Gift.com, inspection of item upon receipt. We will do our best to deal with all issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Unless otherwise stated, goods are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one calendar year from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to replace it with an item of similar value should the original item be discontinued from our product line. Neglect, abuse, normal wear & tear, corrosion, breakage, accidental damage, spoilage, disassembly, or loss (or partial loss) is excluded. Liability arising from a manufacturer’s lifetime warranty rests solely with the manufacturer and Nordic-Gift.com are not liable for any costs. Customs charges, import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping & handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Your payment card will be debited within a few days of you placing your order. This is so we can contact our suppliers to make sure your order is crafted and sent within a timely period, before we take any payments.

Usually this is 3-4 weeks. Because all of our items are individually handcrafted (and not factory-made) they sometimes take a little longer…but it will be always worth the wait!
