Description
Viking Age (900-1200 AD).
Horse trinket found in bronze at the Daugmale hillfort near the Baltic Sea. Vikings travelled across the Baltic and Black Seas, and through the Volga and Daugava rivers. The Daugmale excavations eventually revealed hundreds of jewelry items in bronze, silver and gold - some produced locally and most brought there from the Scandinavian countries.
An ideal gift idea for both Him and for Her.
Individually numbered and hallmarked. A booklet detailing the age and the place of origin of the original is included.
